Moving our body-weight is one of the best ways to get fit safely. From pull-ups and push-ups to handstands and rope climbs we use gymnastics to build strength and body awareness in a safe and efficient manner

A one hour coach led session focusing on constantly varied functional movement performed at a high intensity. Progressing through our programmed workout of the day, each class will include a warm up, a breakdown of the workout, a strength or skill element followed by a metabolic conditioning piece. Every day is different!

It’s not all about lifting weights and doing pull ups. A large part of what we do is about increasing our heart and lungs ability to power our body. The foundation of all fitness is in our ability to keep moving. We use a variety of methods to get our heart rate high and our lungs working hard!
